Jonathan is the Managing Director of Thrive. He is deeply committed to helping people discover and participate in God's mission of restoration and reconciliation by following in the footsteps of Jesus.
Jonathan holds a BA in Bible from William Jessup University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. He is married with three children and lives in Folsom, CA. He loves Mikuni's sushi, Sharks hockey, and large cups of Peets coffee.

Tim is an Ambassador helping men understand and develop courage for the journey. Tim's in-depth experience in the Thrive process has been invaluable in the development of both the missional-discipleship process and an understanding of the journey.
Tim works for Webex in his spare time as an account manager and trainer. He is the father of one son, and lives in El Dorado Hills, CA. He loves Mikuni's Sushi, hunting, cycling, and wrestling with his son.

Kelli is Ambassador helping women leaders grow and reach their potential. She is all about loving people, which is obvious the moment you meet her.
Kelli was a former elementary school teacher and loves to play with her kids. If she could serve in the mission field she would but feels God wants her home. She is married with three children and lives in El Dorado Hlls, CA. She loves great food and intimate moments of worship with God.
